Glitter Bomb or Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) is a strain that typically contains THC levels between 24% – 30% (Extremely potent) and CBD levels ranging from Trace (< 1%). Known for its Sweet Grape, Gassy Diesel, Blueberry, and Earthy Funk profile, this strain has a growth expectation of being Medium (Indoor: 3–4 ft; Outdoor: 5–6 ft) in height, with a nutrient demand that is Moderate to High. High Cal-Mag demand; sensitive to N-excess in late flower..

This Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) is of the Genetype: Photoperiod (Feminized). The Glitter Bomb strain has 3 phases of the growing cycle.

The first phase is the Seedling Phase. Once you have decided to grow Glitter Bomb in either soil or hydroponiclay, the ph levels need to be monitored. The ph level desired by Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) is 6.0 – 6.8 and 5.5 – 6.0 hydroponically. During this infancy stage, Glitter Bomb needs to maintain a target temperature of 75°F – 82°F (24°C – 28°C) for 2 to 3 weeks. Once the seed germinates, it will sprout it's first set of round leaves, or the cotyledons. If you are able to maintain the target humidity of 60% – 70% (VPD focus: 0.8–1.1 kPa), the iconic serrated leaves will just begin to show themselves. During this critical Phase 1 of the Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) growing cycle the plant is establishing a strong root sytem. Beginners often over water these fragile seedlings. Do not drown your seeds. You seedling Glitter Bomb needs care and gentle light. The recommended light cycle for growing Glitter Bomb is 18/6 for the first cycle, which should last .

The next is the Vegetative Phase. The Glitter Bomb will focus entirely on size and structural integity. The temperature needs also change for phase 2. If a target temperature of 72°F – 78°F (22°C – 25°C) is maintained and a target humidity of 50% – 55% is achieved, the Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) will grow stems, branches and plenty of large fan leaves. This Photoperiod (Feminized) is trying to build it's own solar panel of leaves to absorb energy. It is critical to maintain a proper light cycle of 12/12 for the entire phase 2 schedule. This consistent energy will help plant grow bigger without producing flowers, focusing it's energy on growing tall and strong. Glitter Bomb is at it's most resilient and may grow quickly. As phase 2 comes to an end, it may be topped or tied down, as it's training suitability is considered Excellent; responds well to Topping, LST, and Mainlining..

The most exciting phase, when growing Photoperiod (Feminized) is the Flowering Phase. The plants adulthood lasts . It is at this phase that the light cycle changes for the last time. Glitter Bomb will produce the most flowers when the light cycle is 12/12. Keep the temperature and humity controlled at 65°F – 72°F (18°C – 22°C) and 35% – 45% (Critical for density and mold prevention) so you can really watch this plant strecth and almost double in height. It will want to start producing early into the flowering process.

You will know the Glitter Bomb is ready when the white hairs (pistils) turn amber/brown and the resin glands (trichomes) look milky or cloudy, rather than clear. Cutting the plant down even a week too early can significantly reduce the potency and weight of your harvest. Patience in the flowering phase will provide the best possible outomce of Indica-Dominant Hybrid (approx. 70% Indica / 30% Sativa) with a desired gorwth profile that will be:
Vigorous veg speed with a significant stretch in early flower.

Growers Notes: Hobby Grower’s Notes
Stretch Management: Because of the OGKB (OG Kush Breath) lineage, Glitter Bomb has a vigorous "stretch" once flipped to flower. Ensure you have at least 2 feet of vertical clearance between the canopy and your lights at the start of Phase 2.

Terpene Preservation: To maintain the "Grape Gas" aroma, avoid high temperatures (above 80°F) in the final three weeks of flowering. Heat will "cook off" the volatile monoterpenes.

The "Fade": Toward the end of Phase 3, you can induce beautiful deep purples and blues by dropping night-time temperatures to the low 60s. This enhances the "glittering" contrast of the white trichomes.

Support: The buds get heavy and dense. Trellis netting (ScrOG) is highly recommended to prevent branches from snapping under the weight of the colas.

VPD Sensitivity: This strain is a "precision" plant. Monitoring Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) is more important here than with hardier "landrace" strains to ensure maximum resin production.
Lineage: Grape Gas #10 x OGKB Blueberry Headband
Breeder: Compound Genetics x NorCal Genetics
Primary Terpenes: Myrcene, Caryophyllene, Linalool, and Limonene
