Super Lemon Haze
Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica)
19% – 25%

Super Lemon Haze or Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) is a strain that typically contains THC levels between 19% – 25% and CBD levels ranging from < 1% (Commonly 0.1% – 0.2%). Known for its Zesty citrus, sweet lemon candy, earthy Haze profile, this strain has a growth expectation of being Tall (Indoors: 4–6.5 ft; Outdoors: 6–8+ ft) in height, with a nutrient demand that is High; heavy feeder, especially of Nitrogen in Veg and P-K in late Flower.
This Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) is of the Genetype: Photoperiod (also available in Auto, but Greenhouse original is Photo). The Super Lemon Haze strain has 3 phases of the growing cycle.
The first phase is the Seedling Phase. Once you have decided to grow Super Lemon Haze in either soil or hydroponiclay, the ph levels need to be monitored. The ph level desired by Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) is 6.0 – 6.8 and 5.5 – 6.0 hydroponically. During this infancy stage, Super Lemon Haze needs to maintain a target temperature of 70°F – 80°F (21°C – 27°C) for 2 to 3 weeks. Once the seed germinates, it will sprout it's first set of round leaves, or the cotyledons. If you are able to maintain the target humidity of 50% – 70%, the iconic serrated leaves will just begin to show themselves. During this critical Phase 1 of the Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) growing cycle the plant is establishing a strong root sytem. Beginners often over water these fragile seedlings. Do not drown your seeds. You seedling Super Lemon Haze needs care and gentle light. The recommended light cycle for growing Super Lemon Haze is 18/6 or 20/4 for the first cycle, which should last .
The next is the Vegetative Phase. The Super Lemon Haze will focus entirely on size and structural integity. The temperature needs also change for phase 2. If a target temperature of 68°F – 78°F (20°C – 25°C) is maintained and a target humidity of 40% – 50% (Reduce to 40% in late flower to prevent rot) is achieved, the Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) will grow stems, branches and plenty of large fan leaves. This Photoperiod (also available in Auto, but Greenhouse original is Photo) is trying to build it's own solar panel of leaves to absorb energy. It is critical to maintain a proper light cycle of 12/12 for the entire phase 2 schedule. This consistent energy will help plant grow bigger without producing flowers, focusing it's energy on growing tall and strong. Super Lemon Haze is at it's most resilient and may grow quickly. As phase 2 comes to an end, it may be topped or tied down, as it's training suitability is considered Excellent; highly recommended for ScrOG, LST, and Topping.
The most exciting phase, when growing Photoperiod (also available in Auto, but Greenhouse original is Photo) is the Flowering Phase. The plants adulthood lasts . It is at this phase that the light cycle changes for the last time. Super Lemon Haze will produce the most flowers when the light cycle is 12/12. Keep the temperature and humity controlled at 65°F – 75°F (18°C – 24°C) and 35% – 40% so you can really watch this plant strecth and almost double in height. It will want to start producing early into the flowering process.
You will know the Super Lemon Haze is ready when the white hairs (pistils) turn amber/brown and the resin glands (trichomes) look milky or cloudy, rather than clear. Cutting the plant down even a week too early can significantly reduce the potency and weight of your harvest. Patience in the flowering phase will provide the best possible outomce of Sativa-dominant Hybrid (Approx. 70-80% Sativa / 20-30% Indica) with a desired gorwth profile that will be:
Vigorous, branchy, and significant "stretch" (can triple in size during flower)
Growers Notes: Hobby Grower’s Notes
The Stretch: Be prepared for a massive vertical jump once you flip to 12/12. If growing indoors with limited head height, flip to flower earlier than usual (around 12 inches) or use a ScrOG (Screen of Green) to manage the canopy.
Support: The side branches are long and can become top-heavy with resinous buds. Use bamboo stakes or trellis netting early to prevent branches from snapping.
Odor Control: This is a "loud" strain. The citrus-skunk aroma is pungent; ensure your carbon filters are fresh before week 4 of flower.
Harvest Timing: Don't rush it. While some phenotypes finish in 9 weeks, many hobbyists find that waiting until week 10 or 11 allows the trichomes to reach full amber/cloudy maturity for that classic Haze punch.
Lineage: Lemon Skunk x Super Silver Haze
Breeder: Green House Seed Co.
Primary Terpenes: Terpinolene, Beta-Caryophyllene, Limonene, Myrcene
